JTC provides specialist Delivery Director support to head contractors delivering complex construction and engineering projects. Our role sits between a Project Director and a Senior Site Manager, providing dedicated senior leadership focused on execution, coordination, and control. With over a decade of multi-discipline construction experience, we understand the practical realities of building projects from the ground up, as well as the commercial and operational pressures faced by head contractors operating in high risk environments.
We support contractors across the full project lifecycle, from early design through to commissioning and handover. Our Delivery Directors work directly with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to drive buildability, sequencing, and delivery performance. This includes scope definition, procurement strategy, programme development, constructability reviews, and the resolution of technical and coordination issues that commonly disrupt progress on site. Our focus is on maintaining momentum, protecting program integrity, and ensuring delivery decisions align with cost, quality, risk, and statutory requirements.
A key strength of JTC is our deep technical expertise in temperature-controlled and high performance environments, including cold store construction. These projects demand a significantly higher level of accuracy, system integration, and construction discipline than standard commercial builds. We bring a detailed understanding of specialist methodologies, services coordination, tolerances, and commissioning requirements, enabling contractors to manage complexity with confidence and avoid costly rework or delays.

Our Delivery Directors operate in alignment with existing Operations or Construction Managers, sitting underneath them on nominated projects to take ownership of delivery challenges and resolve issues early, preventing escalation into broader operational or commercial risk.
