With over a decade of experience across multiple disciplines of construction, James founded JTC Project Consulting with a vision to deliver projects built on trust, precision, and genuine client care. Having worked across everything from boutique fit-outs to large commercial and industrial, James brings a deep understanding of how projects succeed both on site and from a client’s perspective.
Known for his keen eye for detail and commitment to exceeding expectations, James ensures every JTC project is managed with professionalism, transparency, and accountability. His hands-on approach and technical expertise allow clients to feel confident their projects are in capable and experienced hands.

With an extensive background in the beauty industry, Tara oversees beauty studio and clinic fit-outs. Having her own beauty business she understands treatment flow, client experience, and the operational requirements that shape a functional, efficient beauty space.
Tara will help guide our clients through the process with their architect/ designer, ensuring council conditions are met while still maintaining a keen eye for design practicality and flow of the Clinic
Together they deliver projects where practicality and performance come first.
